Company Profile

PIS LLC is a full service home inspection company providing whole house, termite, radon, mold and chimney inspections.  John is also a HUD and REAC certified government inspector.  We can provide various REAC services to you including a Pre-REAC Inspection and 100% Annual Property Inspections.  We also provide REAC Consultation services which includes filing appeals, discussing the REAC process and scoring, how to improve your property prior to the REAC inspection and any other REAC inspection process.
